Chandelle is a picturesque and upscale neighborhood of around 270 homesites, located just a few blocks from the Big Lagoon, and up the street from Big Lagoon State Park in Southwest Pensacola. The main amenity in the community is a set of several lakes and ponds that offer the surrounding houses water views.
The homes are custom built, most from the late 1990's and early 2000's. Most are three or four bedrooms, single story, stucco or brick, with beautifully landscaped yards and backyard patios, decks, or entertainment areas. Many of the homes have private pools or hot tubs, with lots of windows to enjoy the lakes or pool views.
Home prices run from around $250,000 to $400,000 depending on size and location in the community. The home sites average about a quarter acre, and offer many peaceful cul-de-sacs to insulate from traffic and noise.
The location could not be better. A golf cart ride to the Big Lagoon, Chandelle is only about a five-minute ride to Perdido Key, the State Park, and all the boating and beach fun you could ask for. It is also only a couple of miles from the best grocery stores, drug stores, and fast food restaurants on Perdido Key Drive. Whether you are looking for civilization or nature, it is right at hand in Chandelle.
