Visual tours also increase a listing’s ranking on Realtor.com, Trulia, and Zillow, which increases internet traffic to your property.

All listings are entered into the Pensacola MLS. Each listing is entered with as much detail as possible and as many photos as possible are uploaded. The link to the visual tour is also entered.
The first impression a property is most likely to make will be from one of the many internet sites that it can be found on. Therefore, photos are probably the most important part of online marketing. Photos for my listings are shot by a professional Real Estate Photographer.
A company yard sign with my name and phone number will be installed in the yard. This excludes condos unless signs are allowed.

The feed back we receive from both potential buyers and other real estate agents is valuable for accurately positioning your property to sell. Information such as how often your property is shown, what agents and buyers thought about the condition, price, and buyer interest are collected and continuously analyzed during the duration of the listing.
An Electronic lockbox is used to regulate access to the property. The lockbox records the date, time, and agent info for each showing of the property. This box is also registered for use by MLS affiliates such as home inspectors and appraisers.
Showing Suites is a website that integrates with the Supra iBox Lockboxes. When the lockbox is accessed the information is transferred to Showing Suite where a quick feedback questionnaire is sent to the Agent that showed the property. This is an email-based program that offers sellers the ability to receive buyer feedback on their property. This site also has a seller interface, where sellers can keep track of feedback statistics from their viewing reports.
Market reports are sent each month for the subdivision or condo/townhouse project. Keeping sellers abreast of the market conditions where their home/condo is located.
