Grande Lagoon Lakes is built around a nine acre finger lake that provides some great fresh water fishing. Grande Lagoon West is located on the eastern bank of the nine acre lake and Grande Lagoon North is the section on the north side of Gulf Beach Highway.

The community has some of the best amenities, including two private parks, a playground, two tennis courts, and a community beach and pier. The Big Lagoon State Park is within walking distance and offers its visitors a boat launch, pavilion, camping and nature trails to enjoy.

Unimproved lots vary in price from under $50,000 to greater than $300,000 on the waterfront.
