"We live in RI but wanted to buy a second home in Florida to get away from New England winters. Since we could not take a lot of time off from work to view properties, we used the internet for our initial research. Dawn was the listing agent for one of the properties. We emailed her to get more information and she was so responsive and helpful that we knew she would be the one to help us find a home.
In the past, I had to relocate for work five times over a ten year period and so had much experience with realtors. By far, Dawn has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. We selected over 20 properties within a 30 mile radius of Pensacola and had questions about each one including taxes, condo fees, proximity to beach, comparable sales (the list seemed endless). Dawn responded to every single question in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours.
When it was time to view properties, she was generous with her time and patient with our search. She provided additional recommendations when we exhausted all of our choices from the internet. One of her recommendations was ideal for our second home. She was then our liaison for the close process and it was flawless.
